Although Pagibig officials came late for an hour, it was still a fruitfull day because of the updated information we got from the speakers. Pagibig (HDMF) is growing strong and now giving its member several additional benefits.

The following are the updated information from Pagibig Housing Loan.

  • Its member can now have a multiple housing loan up to 6M provided the buyers capacity to pay is suited to the loans the buyer is applying for.
  • That the number of  co - borrower is now up to 2 persons excluding the principal buyer.
  • That the co - borrower can be immediate family member, friends and lovers, provided that a seminar will be required for non immediate family member and that the co - borrowers name will also reflect on land titles.
  • That for real estate practitioner who wanted to avail a pagibig housing loan, a 12 month sum of all commissions supported by vouchers will be the basis in determining the Agents or Brokers capacity to pay.
